This funding opportunity supports cooperative agreements to implement the FY 2026 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals and the Congress-Bundestag/Bundesrat Staff Exchange. Activities include year-long academic and professional exchanges involving language training, university study, work experience, and host family living for young adults aged 18.5-24, as well as short-term reciprocal exchanges for U.S. Congressional and German parliamentary staff.
