Activities include gap analyses of services, policy reviews to align with national standards, stakeholder engagement, and creation of evidence-based behavioral health training e-courses for correctional staff. The goal is to enhance staff skills, promote wellness, and foster safer correctional environments.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations waiving profit, and institutions of higher education, including tribal entities. Foreign governments and international organizations are not eligible. Proof of 501(c)(3) status or tribal resolution is required.
