This grant supports Community Action Agencies and tribes owning affordable housing units to improve housing stability, economic mobility, and well-being by enhancing enrollment in public welfare and support services. Funded activities include direct service provision, referrals, case management, and coordination of assistance programs covering education, childcare, mental health, financial literacy, transportation, and healthcare for residents who are American citizens.
