The California Climate Action Corps Fellowship supports fellows serving 1,700 hours over 11 months to engage communities in climate volunteerism, urban greening, organic waste and edible food recovery, and wildfire resiliency. Fellows receive a living allowance, education awards, loan forbearance, childcare assistance, SNAP eligibility, and professional development opportunities.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or lawful permanent residents, at least 18 years old, live in California, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and commit to the full 11-month term. Student visa and DACA holders are ineligible.
