This funding supports efforts to tackle export control challenges by analyzing trade data, creating dashboards, developing smartphone apps for frontline detection of controlled commodities, and training authorities and industry to respond to proliferation trends effectively.
Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign not-for-profits, educational institutions, and for-profit organizations (with restrictions). For-profit entities may face additional review and are prohibited from profit under assistance awards.
