This opportunity funds multi-center, multidisciplinary translational research focused on asthma and allergic diseases such as upper airway allergic/inflammatory diseases, food and drug allergies, and atopic dermatitis. Funded activities include investigating disease mechanisms, progression, treatment modalities, and treatment response through small clinical trials, observational studies, or immune pathway-focused projects using primarily human materials.
