This cooperative agreement funds the creation of educational tools addressing rapidly evolving transportation technologies such as AI, automated vehicles, and digital infrastructure. Funded activities include developing a one-day training for congressional staff, an executive briefing for policymakers, a semester-long law curriculum, regional pilot sessions, and material transfer for sustained use over 24 months.
Eligible applicants are current DOT-funded University Transportation Centers collaborating with academic, non-profit, or for-profit entities. Consortium participation is required.
