This funding supports programs that empower Vietnamese students and early-stage professionals aged 18-30 to combat cyber scams and trafficking. Participants will analyze the cybercrime landscape and develop practical, innovative, and legally compliant cybersecurity solutions to reduce vulnerabilities and advance regional security and prosperity.
Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, public international organizations, and governmental institutions. For-profit entities are not eligible to apply as prime recipients.
