This grant supports projects that advance U.S.-Burma relations by promoting economic ties, digital literacy and safety, English language proficiency, regional stability, and educational opportunities. Funded activities include entrepreneurship support, anti-scam awareness, professional English training, and programs highlighting U.S. leadership and values in the Indo-Pacific. Projects must demonstrate measurable benefits to U.S. interests and align with America First foreign policy principles.
