This grant funds programs in Vietnam that develop English proficiency and technology skills such as AI, coding, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship among university students, educators, and early-career professionals. It aims to strengthen U.S.-Vietnam trade, investment, and innovation partnerships by showcasing American leadership in science and technology and expanding opportunities through public-private cooperation and U.S. exchange participation.
Eligible applicants are U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education.
