This funding supports a comprehensive teacher training program for Egyptian university English language educators. The program includes a one-week intensive TESOL course covering critical thinking, classroom management, inclusive teaching, AI integration, and 21st century skills. It aims to enhance English proficiency, promote American culture, and strengthen U.S.-Egypt relations through education.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education) and public/state controlled institutions of higher education. The program targets organizations capable of implementing English language teacher training.
