This program supports in-person specialized English language teacher training and direct student instruction in Uzbekistan, targeting priority sectors like space, critical minerals, energy, high technology, business, agriculture, media, and security. Funded activities promote English proficiency gains and knowledge of American culture and entrepreneurship over a maximum two-year period, enhancing participants' ability to engage with U.S. professional environments.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations such as think tanks, civil society groups, public international organizations, and governmental institutions. For-profit entities are not eligible. Only one nonprofit, non-governmental prime recipient is allowed, with clear subcontracting role
