The SCALE Program supports organizations that help small businesses overcome operational, technical, workforce, and market access barriers limiting their growth as suppliers in strategically important industries. Funded activities include technical assistance, industry engagement, and implementation efforts to address supply chain constraints, strengthen supplier readiness, improve production capabilities, and expand supply chain participation.
