This program advances U.S. AI leadership by training at least 150 Algerian students, educators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders in American AI tools, standards, and governance. Delivered across five cities, it includes a modular curriculum with hands-on labs and aims to establish a sustainable community of practice through trained local facilitators. The initiative promotes ethical AI development and democratic values, strengthening U.S.-Algeria technological partnerships.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, public and private educational institutions, and public international or governmental organizations. For-profit entities are not eligible. Applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier and SAM.gov registration. Individuals are eligible.
