This grant funds the design, curation, and implementation of the Freedom 250 Great American State Fair in Abu Dhabi. The event will feature American heartland culture, entrepreneurship, entertainment, culinary traditions, and music through immersive programming. Activities include interactive gaming, parades, exhibitions, family experiences, and a culinary and retail village with American vendors. The grantee will coordinate with local partners and focus on programming and participant engagement to strengthen U.S.-UAE relations.
Eligible applicants include U.S. or UAE-registered entities with at least two years of experience in large-scale event management, cultural programming, vendor coordination, and public engagement. Eligible types include nonprofits, NGOs, and educational institutions.
