This grant funds programs that strengthen ties between Cambodia and the U.S. through initiatives promoting American excellence, U.S. interests, and bilateral cooperation. Priority areas include commemorating America's 250th anniversary, combating cybercrime, engaging alumni networks, promoting U.S. higher education and English language education, and countering malign influence. Programs must include an American element to foster understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives.
Eligible applicants are U.S.-based nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education. Applicants must implement programs with an American element or connection.
