The program enhances the volume, quality, accessibility, and analytical use of locally generated information meeting evidentiary standards for human rights-based sanctions and accountability.
Eligible applicants include U.S.-based and foreign not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organizations, public and private educational institutions, and for-profit organizations or businesses.
