This funding supports research, conferences, cultural engagements, and civil society initiatives aimed at strengthening democratic resilience, rule of law, freedom of speech and press, and human rights defense in Europe. Projects should address challenges such as national sovereignty, migration, censorship, and lawfare, grounded in shared political philosophy and Western civilizational heritage.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organizations, public and private educational institutions, and for-profit organizations.
