This opportunity funds law enforcement agencies to implement organizational improvements aligned with community policing through assessments, technical assistance, and innovative enhanced training. Training is delivered online in cohorts with flexible scheduling, continuous expert access, and focuses on operational improvements and outcome measurement within 3 to 6 months.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status), for-profit organizations excluding small businesses, small businesses, and institutions of higher education. Participation is by direct invitation only from the COPS Office.
