This grant supports projects that advance America First foreign policy by promoting democratic governance, vocational and English training, entrepreneurship, and American cultural leadership in Burma. Funded activities must deliver tangible benefits to U.S. interests, including security, economic competitiveness, and cultural influence, with robust monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate progress.
Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign non-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society groups, alumni of USG exchanges, private educational institutions, individuals, and public international organizations.
