This cooperative agreement funds a research study to examine how international parental child abduction affects abducted children and their left-behind parents across psychological, developmental, social, legal, and economic domains. The study aims to identify support gaps and recommend solutions to better assist affected families and communities in the U.S.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (excluding higher education institutions), public/state controlled research institutions, and private research institutions, all excluding institutions of higher education.
