Funded activities include leveraging assistance in sectors such as energy, digital connectivity, emerging technologies including AI and 5G, agriculture, regional economic integration, workforce training, transitional justice, and economic recovery in conflict-affected areas. Applicants must demonstrate capacity to operate in Syria and align projects with U.S. commercial diplomacy priorities.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, for-profit organizations, public international organizations, and governmental institutions. Applicants must have the capacity to operate in Syria and obtain necessary registrations and permits.
