This grant supports projects that identify gaps and implement solutions for emergency alerts and warnings to protect critical infrastructure. Funded activities include working with FEMA to explore and deploy innovative, flexible technologies across diverse distribution pathways such as streaming services, sirens, satellites, and internet-connected devices, addressing rapid technological and cybersecurity changes.
Eligible applicants are state governments and federally recognized Native American tribal governments. Other entities are not eligible.
