This program supports community-based organizations to enhance their capacity in HIV care innovation and infrastructure development. It aims to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission, especially targeting individuals not yet engaged in regular HIV care. Funding supports activities that strengthen organizational capabilities to better serve affected populations.
