Supports projects that enhance workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and professional skills among Djiboutian youth and emerging professionals. Funded activities promote practical hard and soft skills such as digital literacy, STEM, financial literacy, project management, critical thinking, leadership, and career readiness. Programs must include a clear American element and foster long-term US-Djibouti ties through workforce development and professional exchange.
Eligible applicants include individuals and registered not-for-profit organizations, CSOs, NGOs, educational institutions, governmental institutions, and public international organizations based in Djibouti or the United States. For-profit entities are not eligible.
