Supports organizations implementing English Language Teaching Services programs in Djibouti to strengthen English proficiency, workforce readiness, and professional communication skills. Programs should target youth, educators, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and emerging professionals, promoting employability, leadership, and understanding of American society while advancing U.S. public diplomacy objectives.
Eligible applicants include individuals and registered not-for-profit organizations, CSOs, NGOs, educational institutions, governmental institutions, and public international organizations based in Djibouti or the U.S. For-profit entities are not eligible.
