This program funds projects that engage Albanian youth aged 15-30 in coding, game design, and digital entrepreneurship through project-based learning using U.S. tools and industry best practices. It promotes teamwork, leadership, and exposure to U.S. digital industry standards via e-sports competitions and mentorship, aiming to strengthen Albania's digital ecosystem and foster appreciation of U.S. innovation and technology.
Eligible applicants include U.S. and Albanian not-for-profit organizations, think tanks, civil society groups, and individuals. For-profit entities are not eligible. Organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier and SAM.gov registration; individuals are exempt from this requirement.
