The California Climate Action Corps Fellowship supports Californians in meaningful climate action by serving with public agencies, nonprofits, tribal communities, and schools. Fellows focus on urban greening, organic waste and edible food recovery, wildfire resiliency, and related activities. Fellows earn a stipend up to $35,250 over 11 months and may receive up to $10,000 for education after completing 1,700 hours of service.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, California residents, U.S. Citizens/Nationals/lawful residents, have a high school diploma or GED, commit to 1,700 hours over 11 months, and pass background checks.
