This funding supports the organization of the 2027 YSEALI ScamShield Regional Workshop in Cambodia, focusing on countering online scams and illicit financial flows. The workshop will bring together approximately 60 YSEALI exchange alumni and 11 CyberSafe alumni mentors from ASEAN countries for four days of expert panels, site visits, and collaborative workshops. Participants will develop action plans to detect, disrupt, and dismantle criminal financial networks, fostering cross-border cooperation to protect Southeast Asia and America.
