Projects must include strong U.S. components, engage German audiences, and have measurable objectives to foster sustainable cooperation and dialogue.
Eligible applicants include registered non-profit organizations, think tanks, NGOs with presence in Germany, educational institutions, and government/public entities. Projects must target German audiences and involve U.S. components.
