The program targets Nigerian creative professionals, entrepreneurs, exchange alumni, university faculty, and U.S. companies seeking Nigerian partnerships.
Eligible applicants include public and state-controlled higher education institutions, private higher education institutions, and nonprofits both with and without 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education in the nonprofit categories.
