This funding opportunity supports the creation and operation of Manufacturing Extension Partnership Centers in designated U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Eligible applicants include non-profits, institutions of higher education, and government entities or consortia. The centers will provide manufacturing extension services to enhance regional manufacturing capabilities.
