The NAWCA US Standard Grants support competitive, matching projects in the U.S. that focus on long-term protection, restoration, and enhancement of wetlands and associated upland habitats. Funded projects benefit wetlands-associated migratory birds and require a 1 to 1 match. Eligible applicants include government entities, nonprofits, and small businesses engaged in public-private partnerships.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and tribal governments, nonprofit organizations (both 501(c)(3) and others), and small businesses. Federally recognized and other Native American tribal entities may apply.
