This program funds efforts to update and enhance impaired driving curricula offered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. It supports community policing initiatives aimed at improving impaired driving education through invited nonprofits and small businesses.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education), small businesses, and others as specified. Only applicants directly invited by the COPS Office may apply.
