This program funds high-quality scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops that promote occupational safety and health research aligned with NIOSH priorities. Supported events facilitate coordination, information exchange, and exploration of specific occupational safety and health topics. Federal staff involvement is expected to assist and guide project activities. Training-only events are excluded.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and special district governments; public and private higher education institutions; Native American tribal governments and organizations; nonprofits; for-profit organizations excluding small businesses; and small businesses.
