Supports the U.S.-Omani Youth Council program for 10-15 university students from Oman, focusing on leadership, diplomacy, trade, technology, and innovation. Funded activities include outreach, participant selection, monthly sessions, experiential visits, mini-grants for projects, a capstone event, and alumni engagement from Nov 2026 to May 2027.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (excluding higher education institutions), individuals, not-for-profits, civil-society and non-governmental organizations, public and private educational institutions, and public international organizations able to operate in Oman.
