This funding supports optimizing web-based ordering portals and distribution programs to deliver at least 1.5 million HIV and other STI self-tests to communities heavily affected by HIV. Funded activities aim to increase infection awareness, prevent new cases, reduce transmission, and enhance overall health and well-being through access to testing and related treatment and prevention resources.
Eligible applicants include public and state-controlled higher education institutions, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding higher education), private higher education institutions, and for-profit organizations other than small businesses.
