This funding supports a national expert-staffed call center that provides timely, evidence-based information and personalized counseling on medications, nutrition, foods, household products, and environmental exposures. The program aims to prevent harmful exposures before, during, and after pregnancy by translating complex scientific evidence into clear guidance and leveraging emerging technologies including AI to empower women, families, and healthcare providers to make informed decisions for healthier pregnancies and improved maternal and infant outcomes.
Open to any domestic public or private entity, including Indian tribes or tribal organizations. There are no restrictions on entity type beyond domestic status and tribal definitions.
