Funds continuation of the DISCOVERY clinical consortium studying youth-onset type 2 diabetes across 19 sites. Supports coordination, data management, quality assurance, statistical analysis, and consortium-wide activities to complete scientific objectives.

Eligibility is limited to specific organizations invited through a single-source competition. Applications will be peer-reviewed and only meritorious ones considered for funding.
