The Infant-Toddler Court Program State Awards fund states and communities to implement an evidence-based approach that integrates courts, social services, and families to enhance safety, healthy development, and nurturing relationships for young children involved in child welfare. Awardees will ensure successful implementation, expand the program, disseminate lessons learned, track outcomes, and provide training to local teams.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and tribal governments, school districts, higher education institutions, nonprofits, for-profit organizations (with restrictions), and other domestic public or private entities. Faith-based and community organizations may also apply.
