Supports evaluation of behavioral health strategies under the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program and development of evaluation tools for rural communities. Funding targets HRSA-designated rural counties and census tracts to inform future community-led rural health initiatives.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and tribal governments, public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, small businesses, and public housing authorities located in the U.S. and territories.
