This program funds Non-Land-Grant Colleges of Agriculture to maintain and expand their capacity in education, research, outreach, and integrated activities related to agriculture and renewable resources. Grants support institutional development to enhance agricultural education and research programs.
Only Non-Land-Grant Colleges of Agriculture certified by the National Institute of Food and Agriculture at application time are eligible. Certified institutions prior to December 21, 2018 must reapply and meet new criteria.
