This program supports state agencies and eligible U.S. territories in strengthening and expanding integrated, evidence-based substance use disorder and maternal mental health services targeting pregnant and postpartum women and their families. The focus is on enhancing state systems to provide comprehensive care for this population.
Eligible applicants are Single State Agencies for Substance Abuse and certain U.S. territories and commonwealths. Eligibility is limited to these statutory entities.
