The Pfizer Emergent Leader Award funds graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in organic chemistry and related fields to present their research at the ACS Spring Meeting. Awardees receive a $1,500 stipend for travel expenses and are recognized at multiple networking events including the Awards Symposium Reception and Women in the Chemical Enterprise Networking Breakfast.
Eligible applicants are U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are graduate students in their second year or beyond, or postdoctoral researchers, working in specified chemistry fields.
