The Pavement Management Technical Assistance Program (P-TAP) provides federal funds to Bay Area cities and counties to enhance pavement management databases and support pilot projects managing non-pavement street assets. It helps stretch road budgets by providing accurate pavement condition data and improving asset management for signs, storm drains, curbs, traffic signals, and street lights.
Eligible applicants are Bay Area cities and counties responsible for maintaining streets and roads within the region. Only these local government entities may apply.
