This program funds technology research projects emphasizing innovation from proof-of-concept through prototype development. Projects must focus on technological advances and exclude tests of biological hypotheses or biomedical aims to maximize impact on future biomedical research.
Eligible applicants include various government entities, educational institutions, tribal governments and organizations, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, small businesses, and other specified groups.
