Supports early-stage research projects developing breakthrough technologies starting at TRL 1-2 and aiming for TRL 3-4. Offers up to EUR 4 million for interdisciplinary teams working on ambitious future technology visions. Includes Open calls for consortia and Challenges calls with defined thematic areas allowing single applicants or smaller consortia.
Eligible applicants include consortia of at least three organizations from different countries with one in an EU Member State for the Open call. The Challenges call allows single applicants or smaller consortia, excluding medium and large companies.
