Centers must contribute data to a longitudinal database and focus on improving health, community participation, and employment outcomes. Funding varies based on participant follow-up numbers, with a 60-month project period and annual budgets.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and tribal governments; public and private higher education institutions; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; small businesses; and others providing multidisciplinary TBI care. Foreign entities are not eligible.
