This grant redistributes funds collected from Arkansas Game and Fish Commission law convictions to schools and conservation districts in the counties where the fines occurred. It supports educational activities such as field trips to nature centers, AGFC-sponsored archery and trap programs, educator workshops, outdoor classroom supplies, and conservation education materials focused on fish, wildlife, and conservation.
Eligible applicants are schools or conservation districts in Arkansas counties where fines were collected. Applicants must apply online through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission’s Division of Rural Services website.
