This opportunity offers increased incentive rates for Retro-commissioning and Retro-commissioning Lite projects submitted and preapproved by December 16, 2026. Projects must complete construction and submit all final paperwork by June 1, 2027 to qualify for the higher incentive rate of $0.38/kWh, up from $0.20/kWh.
Eligible projects include all Retro-commissioning and Retro-commissioning Lite projects submitted and preapproved between January 1, 2026 and December 16, 2026.
